Established in 1999, Southern Green has over twenty years of industry experience and has grown to over 35 employees operating on a fluctuating workweek that complies with the Fair Labor Standards Act.
Although Southern Green utilized ADP’s small-business RUN platform for processing payroll, they partnered with Perennial Services Group who required them to transition their data to ADP’s more robust Workforce Now platform. Some of the necessary information, especially for reporting to government agencies, was missing because it wasn’t relevant before.
A typical migration from RUN to Workforce Now is a very time-consuming process that began to overwhelm Southern Green’s office staff. They requested our fractional support team augment their own to complete the migration as seamlessly and painlessly as possible.

Then our team migrated over all of the employee-level data, as well as the other fields in the Workforce Now system that were missing in RUN (job titles, business unit, benefit eligibility, etc). Once completed, we trained Southern Green’s owner on how to onboard new employees and process payroll through WorkForce Now.
Southern Green successfully ran its first payroll in the Workforce Now system, and all eligible employees enrolled in benefits. The company’s owner was grateful to be able to focus on the company’s day-to-day operations while the implementation was handled by our team.
